Bathroom Vanity Lighting
There are a variety of options when persuing bathroom vanity lighting, and a couple of things to consider. One is your skin. If you have any type of skin dismorphia or unhappiness about your skin, you want to be extremely careful with the lighting you buy. The wrong kind of lighting shows every flaw, and actually exagerates them. My sister had acne as a child, and combined with our bright florescent vanity lights, she is still scared to stand in front of a mirror. When she does, she usually turns off the lights. What you want in your bathroom is lighting that emulates the lighting you would find in a Banana Republic, Nordstroms, or other high end clothing store. These stores have put a ton of research into lighting, because they want you looking your absolute best so that you will be more likely to purchase clothes. If you emulate this lighting at home, you’ll feel better about yourself every time you look in the mirror, and charge into the world each day with a renewed since of confidence.
