One trick to make your bathroom look bigger is to install a double sink vanity. This is especially true for large households with more than one bathroom.
Bathroom remodeling that includes a double sink vanity gives personal space to couples. When relatives and close friends drop by for a party, for example, it becomes even more useful.
What is spent on remodeling the space is offset by the amount of time saved doing the same things simultaneously such as brushing teeth, shaving and hand washing.
Double sink vanities are no longer considered a luxury with the pace of modern living. Space must be maximized so that cleansing rituals are performed simultaneously by family members. There is nothing more stressful than waiting outside the bathroom door because someone is washing their hands.
Double sink vanities do not require a really big a space to install. An open wall area is sometimes all you need for the base unit. A wall mounted mirror and cabinet for storage will help keep it clutter-free. Marble, glass, stone, ceramic or wood are all elegant countertop finishes.
